Thanks Dan...ordered one for my 6 yr. old grandson. I've been thinking about one of these after seeing them at a local store for $89.95 some time ago. I saw them again at a local computer show two weekends ago for $49.95. I think he will enjoy it...I know I will.

Problem with MSI 845 altra aru RAID

When I install my two new,(no OS loaded yet), Maxtor 40 GB ata133 HD's into IDE 3 & 4, and bring up the fastbuild utility "main menu" screen, and choose option # 1 for auto setup, I get a flashing message saying something like "no drives available". Am I missing something here? Thanks...

Thanks Ziptar...This would seem to to a very good deal as a quick check with Pricewatch shows a decent savings by purchasing this combo. This might be a good alternative for those like me who were hoping to get in on the CDW ASUS MB deal that fell through recently.:D

Very good price on this Asus MB (P4B266)...very tempting...it would appear that this MB will allow you to use your older,(non P4),power supply. Anyone had any expierence with this board?:)

Can someone tell me if it would be OK to list a OEM version of Windows XP, still sealed, that I purchased at a local comp store at the same time that I purchased a hardware item, or would I also need to offer it along with a hardware item on the forum to keep it "legal"?...or would it be against...
