HSF fell off friends Athlon and fried it. Don't know if "dangling" hsf damaged mobo.
Visual inspection shows nothing.
Will BEEP CODES tell me if mobo ok, or even work at all if cpu not installed ?

There is no option in the bios to enable/disable. And no option to boot AGP or PCI first.

OK Fine ! I got it to work by shuffling cards in the PCI slots.
If everything was powered down before I did anything why did I have to
