I'd go with the GTX 670 which you can get for around $300! Especially if your gaming at 1920x1800

Is it worth it to upgrade GPU with a Q6600 CPU?

I'm still rocking the QX6700 with 6990 Radeon, there will be a bottleneck at a certain point.
