dead connection

thats what i thought at first too i'll try it the only reason i asked (and i forgot to put this in the original thread) is because i shared the pc connection thru the lan port on the pc to a hub to my xbox. my pc connection seems dead but i'm still able to go on live so i found this thread...

outlook 2003 mail notification

thats weird I have rules set up as well so no mail item actually stays in my inbox. Is it set up properly in tools -> options- > email options ->advanced options if it is, then can you check send a message to yourself (one that is unafffected by your rules) and see if you get the popup

I should have put my current settings for the monitor 1280 * 1024 60Hz i've also tried lesser resolution to no avail 70/72/75Hz results in "Cannot display this video setting regularly popping up"

Dell 1901 FP - no DVI

Recently got a Dell 1901 FP monitor Hooked it up and just said that DVI was in power saving mode, press any key of course, pressing any key didnt do anything so i hooked up the analog and it worked but nothing with DVI After some research, I found a utility that promised to fix the problem...

hibernation issues

When I put my box into hibernation, I can come out of it using the power button and my mouse works fine but the keyboard is dead K7n2g-L MB usb optical mouse MS wireless natural multimedia keyboard (connected via a switch)

If my monitor has dual inputs (vga and dvi) such as the Dell 19" FP What would happen if I connect them to 2 different machines at the same time? Would I be able to switch between the 2 displays? Would it default to one of the connections? Would it explode?
