Is it illegal for a big company to sell 100,000+/- products at a loss?

Maybe if you did buy a "huge premium" product for a hot deal now and then, then you would get 4 years out of your computers. I'm a college student with all these underclass people with better computers and money's not a big issue for a <$2000 computer. It'll be around year 4.5 when I'll need...
