Tried 3 monitors and all work on different computers, one is brand new too! My computer stalled right before the problem started and i had to cut the power at the mains.....any help?

That's what i thought but he doesn't have a full win98 only the update. With that Cd as first Boot device the drivers are loaded but when window setup checks the registry it says windows require so many bytes for set up. The question is how to reformat the drive without being able to access it.
