There's a few of us out there that have the board running relatively well. The only problem I have is the CPU temp thing (mine reads 25-34C depending on load). I have the "wallet buster" Corsair chips running at optimum timings and 204 fsb rock solid. They move about 6050-6080 MB/s in Sandra...

I don't know for sure if it really makes a difference.
I went with the NF3 controller. The block (flow) diagram in the manual shows it having a more direct route to the chipset. Its also alot easier to set up the drivers since they're part of the unified Nvidia downloads.
I have AF turned off in my Nvidia control panel...maybe thats the difference. Or maybe its that you're running a GT on an XP Mobile with PC2700 ram.
Other than the overclock and changing the cfg to run the 1920x1440 bench I don't have any other tweaks done.
