What do you guys think of this RAM?

Well I'm buying in a couple of days a(n): DFI Lanparty UT nF3 250GB nVidia nF3 DDR GB Athlon 64 3400+ Antec TruePower True430 Power Supply 430 Watt ATX12V All i need now is to find good and cheap RAM. I want PC3500 with a low CAS latency, that's relatively cheap; my budget being $250...

DFI Lanparty UT nF3 250GB nVidia nF3 and Memory

I'm thinking of buying the Lanparty mobo since every review I'v read has said good things about it. However, one thing I'm confused about is the fact that it says on their site that it supports PC-2700 and PC-3200 RAM. So does this mean that PC-3500 will not be camptaible with this board...

Is it worth the money...

Is it worth putting in the few extra dollars to get an AMD 3500+ rather than a 3400+. Why or Why not?
