Don't think it is fair to compare a video card with a price of $350 to a card that had a price of $500. 5700xt is a better comparison and beats the 2070 in most scenarios.
Does anyone see a real reason to get a 3800x over a 3700x? I would assume this is the same scenario that the 1700 was to the 1800x . lower TDP but doesn't mean anything can still overclock just fine. the 2700 however could not match the 2700x clocked easily.

I actually had some gaming issues last night where it felt like i was not getting anywhere near full gpu usage. I had to uninstall the creators update to return back to normal. Game mode didn't help either. Posted on reddit and a few others had similar issues.
