Sending Post-it Software notes across a network

I'm using a note application called Post-it Software Notes and I'm supposed to be able to send notes from one compter to another on my LAN. However I receive the following error and the send fails. "Error: 80040155 occured while sending". I've also received this error "Error 80040154: 158...

Wierd... Never noticed the 100% CPU usage when I scrolled until you brought it up. Checked it, and sure enough, every time I scroll the CPU usage goes thru the roof! Sorry, no help on the problem at hand:(.

How do you name your computers?

Cable vs. DSL

Start Button In Windows XP?

You can also change the whole thing back to the Windows Classic look. R-Click/Properties... you know the drill. Personally, I didn't think the other color choices (silver or blue if I remember) were much better. But I've been told that I don't accept change well....

Could ISP's Seriously Charge for Multiple Computers?

jkoXP they can tell if your using a router by your email. if you have 1 IP and 2 pc's using that same IP via router, when you send out an email, it goes through their server, and the servers sees on the IP header a 192. whatever IP addy, thats how they tell your using NAT...... and they reject...

Laptop for college student? Worth it?

I think what you need to ask yourself is would you actually use it in class? I have an old laptop that I cart to class with me, but I only do it because I can load the VB, C, C++ compilers I use in class on it. This way, I can work on my projects in class and then take them with me at the end...

Internal? External? Assuming it came with a manual, that would probably tell you how to connect it. Otherwise HP.com will have the instructions. Look up the model number on there site. I use it all the time to set up printers for reps when I don't have that printer to look at, or the manual...

Do you remember what you changed in the settings before you rebooted? If you changed the domain or something, click on the options button at Windows Login to see if you can select the old domain. Guessing not, but it's worth a try. Otherwise, I think your looking at a reboot since you can't...
