So wink support updated my hub to .56, but my batteries on my trippers are still reporting low. Should I contact support again to see if I can get replacements?
How much of a pain is it to replace myself?
So I've had my trippers for alittle over a month and they have stopped reporting there activity and the battery level is showing low and it turned yellow. Should I replace the batteries and try to re-pair them?
So I just got my hub, lights, and trippers. Is there any way to schedule a robot just for a timer? The geofencing doesn't seem to work well. All I want is to automate my lights say turn on at 5p off at 11p.
Well its been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order with wink I have yet to get even a shipping notice. I called last Saturday and they told me it would ship early this week. Still nothing.
I contacted Wink support about my order that I placed on Monday and I was told the bundle that I purchased hub,lights, and trippers needed to be bundled together and should ship sometime this week.
I hope this is not a sign of things to come, you would think if something was on backorder I...
Hey guys first post here. I just ordered a wink hub and some other goodies on Monday from Wink. I have not gotten a shipping email or anything. I emailed them a few days ago inquiring if it had shipped yet and have yet to get a response. Thanks!
