Why no Internet access after a couple of hours?

Yes, I've tried to isolate the drives (either running just the CDRW as master or just the DVDRW as the master). To no avail. *sigh* Thanks for helping!

Well, I have 2 HD's daisychained on the primary IDE channel and 2 CDRW/DVDRW drives daisychained on the secondary channel. Should I disconnect the slave HD to connect the CDRW or DVDRW? Thanks for helping!

Thanks for replying. Yes, I tried uninstalling the controller and the secondary IDE channel and having the system redetect upon reboot. Still the same problem.

What if I can't get a seal with AMD retail heatsink?

The HSF is aligned properly over the cpu/socket. The clip fits completely with the tab on both sides of the socket. There is an imprint but I think it should be more uniform than it is. The plastic strip was removed.
