uh this is $6 bucks shipped W/O rebate, so why risk it? I am still waiting on my mad dog rebate from july 2004. available here

Aluminum pull out trays for $5.99

Got mine, solidly built, the top cover is just a slide off aluminum panel, so if you are worried about heat should be able to run it without the top cover (and just leave an empty 5.25 bay in between to get circulation). The fan looks reasonable, but the location is bad, in the back corner...

thanks op got both, back to oldschool I never got around to playing, after disappointment from the likes of the pirates! remake some finely aged rpg should be like chicken soup for my gaming soul.

thanks got a pair. my dad actually used this way back when they first came out in the early 90s, after a while got a lot of general failure errors, I don't think he dropped them but apparently there were some issues with having to 'park' the hdd first before removing. i think modern laptop hdd...

Fake RADEON 9600 PRO Graphics Cards Hit the Market

Just a heads up: the fake 9600 pro are rampant on ebay and have somewhat changed since the discovery by xbit in moscow, was about to buy one myself, until I found out about this. The dodgy cards have ATI 9600 pro etched onto the heat sink and the PCBs look nothing like the reference PCB or...
