ASRock 775Dual-VSTA

Hi just put in a Hiper type R 580w psu and the pc still will not boot. I see from your Sig that you have the same mb and gfx card as me. Don't know where to go now. Any help would be great :brokenheart:

Update, just installed a borrowed geforce 7500 in the pcie slot and all went well. As my gfx card worked in another machine it looks like it is the PSU. Getting this one 2morrow,hope its ok. http://www.extremeoverclocking.com/reviews/cases/Hiper_TypeR_580W_1.html

Thanks for the post. I'm a bit new at this,just how dependant is the vidcard on a good psu.When I connect my x850xt pcie the pc won't boot.I get a black screen and no post beep.When I use my old Ati 9600 agp its fine. My psu is a Jeantech 400 p This is on the side of the box +5v +3.3v...

Help please

Hi, The psu is rated at 400watts.on the vidcard box is says 350watt min.I thought that would be ok. Can anybody recommend a reasonble priced PSU that can be bought in the UK? Thanks.
