Is it possible to have a background image that is an actual mirror that reflects your own image?

It is possible, I just don't have the program :). I HAVE seen it done on a Palm Pilot (I have the program for my Palm Vx), but I haven't seen the PC version...

How do I make my Pioneer DVD ROM Region Free?

Title explains it all :). I have a 16X Pioneer "Blue Streak" (it's actually a Matshita DVD-ROM SR-8586. How can I make it region-free (I've heard you can flash the bios or something like that)? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
