OfficeDepot web site lists it for $24.99. Where is it listed for $19.99 ? BTW, its listed for $29.99 in BestBuy's web site here . No rebates mentioned though (not in rebates page either).

Compact Flourescent 14w bulbs - Home Depot 3/$5.50

I found similar discounted prices on energy saving bulbs. Home Depot here in NH has a $3 instant coupon for NH residents. 14W bulbs are $1.97 and 2-pack 24W bulbs are $3.50 (all after instant rebates) Best rates I've seen so far.
