I would disagree. We do metcon stuff very frequently. We follow the WOD that the central coach provides. Throwing in olympic lifts is the best way to increase speed, strength, agility, and power. Tomorrow's WOD is Thruster 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps. And then we do tabata squats or something else on...

Warm up questions

Does anyone see a problem with a single guy living with 2 single girls. We are good friends and work together as well. No need for crazy sex ideas because it wouldnt happen. I am just wanting to hear pros and cons to such a situation. needed to edit beacuse we will not be working together...
