Any good FREE Windows screen capture software?

I have an Apple Pro Keyboard connected to my PC and therefor do not have a print screen key. It's always a pain in the ass when I find I want to do a screen capture because all I can ever find is shareware crap.

Whoa! Italics everywhere!

I noticed last week sometime that a lot of the text on my screen is now in italics including the very sentence I am writing right now. I think I may have done some weird keyboard combination but I can't figure out how to get the text back to normal. It is happening all over WindowsXP including...

Free Microsoft Bliss Screensaver

Yeah but is there any way to set a screen saver as your desktop? I've seen a few people do it with their Macs. Is there any similar software for Windows?

Inconsistant Icons in XP

I found some cool icon themes and used iphile to change them in WindowsXP but the icons shown are not consistant. If I open My Computer from the desktop, the icons are the ones I've selected. However, if I open My Computer from the Start Menu, the icons displayed are the standard default ones...

Anyone have an LCD hooked up to their parallel port?

Someone else may provide more direct links but check out the forums at www.mp3car.com. I used a little LCD like that to display Winamp information in my car.

Missing System Tray Icons in Win2k

Missing System Tray Icons in Win2k

help with hdd jumper

Last time I had drives clicking like that, I had the jumpers set wrong. Make sure you don't have two masters or two slaves on the same IDE cable.

Stick of 512MB DDR only showing up as 256

Well, I somehow forgot that I had 2 sticks of 256. Regardless, it was still only registering 1 so I switched both of them to slots 3 and 4 (instead of 1 and 2) and that seems to be working. Thanks guys.

As I was messing with a system monitor program (Coolmon) I noticed that it was listing my total ram as only 256 which I thought was strange since I know I just bought a stick of 512 to include in my new system and I know Windows was reporting 512 when I first started using it. But lo and behold...

Can only keep cable connection for 10 seconds

Yeah, I'm just trying to switch the connection over to the new one. They aren't networked together. I have a router and a hub but I never got them working together and now that I finally found great instructions for it, I can't seem to find the power adapter to one of them. I've been tearing up...
