Windows 7 Upgrade Q&A

I currently have Vista64 Ultimate on my i7 920 system. I have windows 7 prof upgrade coming in the mail this Friday...would I need to do a full install or will the upgrade work just fine going from an ultimate to a prof version?

Is there a way to block these spam texts I keep getting?

I have an enV2 from Verizon. I was planning to switch to an iPhone this fall with my wife, and we werent going to have unlimited texting anymore, so we definitely don't want to waste our plans texts/pay for these spam texts to come thru. I think these are internet based texts, judging by the...

Is there a way to block these spam texts I keep getting?

I keep getting random text messages from numbers like 778-93 690-97 etc....it's starting to get annoying, especially since I don't know how it started. Is there a way to block stuff like this?

Help please? WRT54G

As far as I can tell, it drops the local connection...cause the modem lights still blink. I reset the modem by unplugging it for like 15 seconds and reconnect it...it then lets me connect. No idea about the IP leasing config.

Ok, so we're currently using 2 computers on the WRT54G V6 model. One computer (mine) is directly connected to the router via ethernet cable. The 2nd, my wife's computer, is connected via a USB wireless G adapter. Every night, around 8pm (we're both usually on around this time) the router just...

Successful OC of i7 920 but...

I oc'd yesterday from the base clock to 3.6 ghz. All I changed was the bclk to 180 and that was it. Booted into windows fine, raided Ulduar in WoW for 6 hours or so....not a hitch. I come back to my pc this morning, try to get out of hibernate...and my monitor claims there is no...
