FSB : DDR 400 == 800 Mhz ?

Hello Can someone explain the difference between the DDR 400 FSB (nForce2) and the 800 Mhz (i875P / i865PE) with regards to the FSB ? Is the bus speed of both the chipsets the same i.e. DDR 400 == 800 Mhz (of i875P) ? Thank you Regards Vivek

Nope. When I switch it on, the fans rotate and I can see the drive lights of my HDD and 2 cdrom drives turn on alternatively. It does not proceed ahead. So, it does not even reach the checking of the floppy, so I cannot boot from the floppy (or cdrom). Looks as if it is trying to determine the...

Help. I managed to do this.

Hello I just 'upgraded' my motherboard's bios. But now it does not boot. The fans rotate but it appears to hang and keeps on toggling between checking the cdrom drives (i have two). The monitor too does not show any display. I did manage to save the previous bios on the floppy. But during boot...

Software To Test Wireless Lan Speed ?

Hello Thanks for helping me out. It took around 58 secs to transfer a 35MBytes file from the laptop to the desktop (copy initiated from the desktop). That is approximately 4.7Mbps !! Hmm..wonder what does NetGear software shows as 76 Mbps (or 96Mbps or 108Mbps). Any idea ? Thank you Regards...
