It's got something to do with UT only supporting a certain number of different resolutions in D3D and those Geforce drivers support a lot of different res right down to 300x400, and UT "runs out" at 1024x768 and doesn't get to 1600x1200, I think :D

After re-reading your post I assume that you have 2 V5's in different systems? the first thing that I'd do would be to swap the 2 cards and test with a game, that would quickly show a hardware or system fault.
