alturnative for air cans?

We bought that at the university i attended. We got the package deal wich was the air can and the compressor. Its $45 beans right now and can be used 100 times. So thats basiclly $0.45 a can, not to shabby.

Modem Problem

See if you have the proper drivers for this modem and check with the manufacturer to see if any updates have been released. Hope this helps.

Changing White Burner to Black

I used automotive paint for mine. You could also try model car spray paint. Far superior to regular spray paint.

Gotta go wireless with desktop - USB Wireless Adapter or Wireless PC-Card Adapter?

I seocnd the Orinoco. Used it in the farthest room from my wireless access point and worked like a charm. Also the moving it around idea is also good. Placed mine above all the other electronics and went from "good" to "exellent".

Looking for alternatives to Shuttle Spacewalkers

Well if i dont plan on running major apps like 3dSudioMax, I wouldnt mind hitting up the u-buddie as a second rig.

Need help to record satellite video to my PC

I do this on my other hard drive. I use my Radeon card with Video input and a recording software. I will look into the softwares name. Will post it later on today or tomorrow.

AMD will die within five years

I really do hope that this is not true. In the beginning I was skeptical about using AMD, but now I love them. Best bang for the buck.
