Why doesn't Intel use more "shroud" on their stock cooling fans?

Small gains in IPC, no gains in stock HSF wire management. :D Seriously though, you'd think they'd change it up after all these years.

Honestly fallout/scrolls games are the most bug filled games I've ever played in my life. I'm more surprised at you being surprised about the AI issues than the AI issues actually being there.

Streaming....from one system to another??

There are a lot of products that are used passthrough style out there. meaning theres video in and video out - however if you're using DP 144Hz etc you're almost definitely going to be limited to recording on your PC. Honestly, if your rig is fast enough you shouldn't have any problems. Big...

advice needed on mITX or mATX liquid cooled cases.

I keep getting the urge to go ncase m1 but my realistic side kicks in. I figure all that heat = much more likely hardware failure. I've seen a lot of people with hardware failures, especially the air cooling guys. I worry about having m.2 on the back of the board just sandwiched between board...

I'm sure you can use a program to remap a mouse to control volume, the only application I can sensibly see is HTPC usage.

Haha yeah that happened a few times in this game. Older games it was obvious as they'd go full CGI but nowadays they just use the same modeling for both, given the quality is there.

Given that 1080P is basically the minimum standard for desktops, why not laptops?

For gaming laptops resolution plays a big part. Heck, my 980Ti struggled Gsync 1440p with modern games (with strong settings, of course).

Worth upgrading Sager from Windows 7 to Windows 10?

Depends on your usage, around the OS and surfing Windows 7 has been faster/snappier for me. Windows 10 is better for gaming now with DX12 etc in the pipeline, nvme support etc. point being is that I have the hardware that makes 10 a requirement. Considering the machines age, I'd just stay on 7...

Skip sound card and audio through HDMI video card?

Also, the sound honestly wasn't too bad from my TVs DAC. Its still processed through the STX Opamps I believe, I could be wrong though. I use Burson V5's.

That is correct AZN, just be sure to turn down the line in volume as if you test with it maxed out you could damage your speakers (Though, my AMP is 100% all the time and I use the STX to control the volume) if your speakers have a volume knob you can use that as well, though I recommend using...
