Nope! Not the Money one. Read the rebates for yourself!
SNIP from rebate:
3. Submit this completed original coupon and qualifying proofs of purchase

FYI: Apparently it does not matter if Money is in stock or back ordered. It let me apply the $25 off $75 on TaxCut Deluxe, TaxCut State, and a backordered copy of Money. Money was not charged yet and the $25 was still taken off my order. Money does not have to be purchased at the same time or...
I have the SK-7 from SVC and am using a Panaflo L1A fan on a 1600+ Pally stock voltage OCed to 1,764Mhz (34Mhz faster than the stock 2100+.) Using Artic Silver 3, my temp idles around 38C and hits 46C with 12+ hours of Prime95. Also its very quiet!

I know it is not as quiet as water cooled. But if noise bothers you and you don't want to deal with water cooling do as I have done! You will
not regret it!
My system before project:
XP 1600+ OCed to 1774.5Mhz 169FSB stock voltage with a SVC GoldenGate 40 (too loud)
Running Prime95 for 12+...

I am OCing my 1600+ to 1775Mhz stock voltage. That the main reason I went with the Thermanright instead...

Unless you have a case with a window, I would get creative and save some cash!!! Make your own fan bracket.
Get a couple of screw down PCI slot covers (The ones you tossed after putting PCI cards in your case. Most have a hole on the opposite end from the screw down side. Use 2 of them and bend...
