there is also a focus adjustment inside the case on the back of the picture tube. Of course you would have to open the monitor to get to it, and that can be very dangerous. If you are comfotable opening the case go for it, if not it is RMA time.
with at home you have to assign your computers to the @home workgroup, if the server is in a different workgroup they won't see each other. If the server is not in the @home workgroup try changing that.

Thanks for all the replies. It's Parrallel not USb, but that shouldn't matter much (except for slow transfer rates). I tried the drivers off the HP site but didn't have much luck. I'm going to try and re-apply the drivers and see if I can give it a go.
