just careful with the seller. I know the [H] doesn't even allow their items posted in their deals sections. since moving from buy.com to rakuten, there have been an awful lot of complaints about fraud on CC's used on their site.

3770K vs 4770K test

once they made the announcement of the early usb bug on haswell, I jumped on ivy out of frustration. microcenter 229.99 3770k helped.... it'll be interesting to see if it comes to bite me. :)

The frame timing is typically better on a single card, but it is certainly still an issue.

12GB from 6GB ram worth it?

i actually just went from 6gb to 12gb because it was so cheap. i cannot say i've noticed any benefit. i bought my extra 6gb for 30.00 used so i cannot say i wouldn't do it again. i would say my ssd was a nice performance jump though.
