IE Homepage problem

Get Hijackthis. Run it. It will show you anything that is not Microsoft default. You can delete the offending registry keys directly with this program. It will also create a backup in case you delete something you didn't want to. I would link you direct to the authors site, but he is moving ISPs...

Need a digital camera recommendation

Except that it doesn't fit in your pocket.... But I do agree - I have the Z1 (3.2 MP) and I love it. The 10x optical zoom is quite nice. The A80 is a nice unit, and is what I would go with should I purchase a pocket model.

What state is the best?

I live in Madison WI, and would like nothing better than to leave. Been here all my life. Yeah, the town and the area are nice, but the insane local government, the higher-than-needs-to-be property tax, the cold winters and humid summers dont add up to number one for me. Both the wife's family...

Couple things: First, I believe you have an ASUS A7N8X-X, not an Abit. Second, I downloaded the manual, and on page 1-19 it shows where to hook up the power switch. Looking at the board with the system panel connector at the lower right, you hook the ATX power switch to pins 6 and 7 on the lower...

An AT case will have a big heavy power switch with maintained contacts in the case that controls line voltage to the power supply. An ATX case will have a momentary contact switch in the case that sends signal voltage to the motherboard. An AT case will not have a power switch lead that hooks up...
