How much difference would a peltier cooler make?

I run tbird 750. No overclocking. At idle my CPU tempis 31 degC...would a peltier cooler make mcuh difference in temps?

Best video card for KT133 chipset?

OK folks I have the AIW Radeon and an Abit KT7. I'm sick of the freezes. I have all the latest drivers. What would be a good card to change to?

ATI Radeon AIW with too much freeze - Need Help !!!

To fix the signature problem, click the advanced tab right before it starts to install it, then click prompt. It should then allow you to install the special purpose drivers. That is the problem, I had the same problem. I called ATI and they told me to use the SP drivers. Running very smooth...
