Need advice for new system - it's been a while!

Thanks for the responses, guys. I'm really digging these Fractal cases. I'm actually contemplating going the mini-ITX route with the Node 304. Will most PSUs fit inside this little case? Or are there any other well-known pieces of hardware that don't fit?

Actually, it is legal... OK, so let's legalize it and make it that much easier for these types of crimes to be committed. Yeah, a bar late at night sure is a bastion of good judgment.

Fan speed not increasing automatically?

So I was playing Empire Total War on my new rig (i7, 650w Corsair, XFX HD4890), but I noticed that I got some artifacts after a while. Opened up GPU-Z and saw that my temps were around 67C. However, I also noticed that the fan speed on the GPU had never risen above 34%. When I manually turned on...

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I have no need for the 1TB though. The current 640GB plus the other 640GB will be PLENTY. As far as cases, I'm looking at the Cooler Master ones primarily. What exactly is different/better about the 690 compared to the 590?
