i need to know if it is possible to put 2 sata wd raptors and 2 ultra ide 100 hds in raid 0+1 on a promise 378 fasttrack controller onboard asus p4c800-e deluxe that only has 2 sata and 1 ide hookup for ide drives. if so will this setup be near the perfomance of raid 0

i have a asus p4c800-e deluxe with the promise 20378 fasttrak controller. at this moment i have 2 wd sata raptors 36.7 gig in raid 0 on the ich5r southbridge controller with a 80 gig wdse ata100 for back up. i recently ordered 2 wd ultra ata 100 40gig 8mb hdds i am wondering if i can use these...

are there conflict with ati aiw 9700 Pro

i belie there is. i have a p4c800e deluxe and i am having problems with my ati aiw 9700pro. i looked in manual and there was something about ( if using a 9500pro or 9700pro use revision 30 or later or for optimal stability). mine is a rev. 01 and experience random "video stuck in continous loop...

will thermalrights new slk 947 u hs fit on the ic7g max3? i have ordered the motherboard today but i want to get a top quality hs. newegg does not have the 900u only the 900a and 947u. thanks also how about the zalman 7000 on max 3

GOOD GRIEF! HELP with CPU thermal sensor installation!

i believe it goes in the center of the bottom side of your processor attached with 2 sided tape(should have been included) bring wires out between pins keep slack out of wires and plug processor back in.

Looking for good case?

i use the thermaltake xaserIII 2000a it is a super case though it was high 160.00 at newegg. but it is very big and has 7 case fans that do a great job keeping the air moving which when running all the fans at high they are very quiet

best fiting and cooling hsf for msi 875p neo

sorry. I am looking to buy a hsf for my new neo 875 i am trying to decide between the zalman 7000 or slk900 with tornado fan i need to know which one is better suited for my mb plus will the weight of either of the above be a factor i will not be moving my case often. i will be using the hsf...
