reformatting

I got a virus,and lost everything,computer went back to programing that was before i owned it.have and IBM,pen2,need to reformat and set back up the way i want it.i have a windows disk but not sure what all to do. I also lost my norton,says error make sure that you didnt run the integratater,do...

Thank you for the reply i have a ibm pen2.whe it restored it went back to all my old passwords on all programs and cant open norton

have a ibm,went to bios and had a restore but doesnt tel me a date guess it went to far.Most of files ar still there but not working even old passwords and old program ar under old passwords.Put new norton on and cant get it to run.

I have tried f10cant get there.I did get in on f8 tried to restore but gives me himemsys detected unreliable xms memory , xms driver not installed. anyone know how i can get a windows 98 disk so i can reformat

I bought a Micro innovintion cam, it works in chat rooms but will not work in programs such as prestovidio it either says no path or when i go to device it gives me code 28. Programs work but cam freezes,have to shut down computer to get cam to turn off.Have ibm 300xl with windows 98 se...

need help

It has windows 98 on it .It is a compaq computer,I cant get to bios to find out any thing else, Ive tried the f1 but nothing.When it gets to a wallpaper page it stops.

i have an old computer that will scan c drive and give me windows screen then a wallpaper screen then pasword screen but dont know password.Also a error of comctl3dllfile cant start, when i clike that off and password cancel it gives me error mprexexe caused invalid page with details of kernell...
