Budget Core 2 Motherboards?

the ecs boards at fry's are 80% of the time refurb---don't waste the time. the msi p965-f isn't bad at like $97+, also asrock core 2 boards are something to check out.

zip ties..?

i went to a hobby shop once and picked up their last 10 pack of chrome zip ties, and i went back and they can't get them anymore for some odd reason. does anyone know anywhere i can find some chrome zip ties...? colored chrome is cool too, either or. i'll put a pic up shortly just to get...

scarface gameplay w/ 8800 series

i went from a 7900GTX to a 8800GTX last week and i noticed that i can only play the game for about 7-15 mins and the game completely locks the system. it only did it w/ the 8800GTX, with the 7900GTX i was able to play it for hours. the new card is fine, i play other games hours on end--no...

P5W DH DLX WTF...??

apparently the slow boot is a common issue w/ all the P5W DH fro what i've been seeing... other than that the board is flawless.

so w/ the oc it's not gonna draw too much power...? also i have a zalman 9500 so cooling shouldn't be an issue. so you think that the voltage sholdn't have to be adjusted?

sure thing, thanks man---help appreciated. i'm at work so i can't try much---lol. i had a Asus P5B before this one, and even before that i had a K8N Diamond/4400+ X2 and those two boards we on time as far as the boot/post. but yeah man, i totally agree w/ you---the board is rock-solid...

P5W DH DLX WTF...??

ok, 1st post so bare with me... i just picked up an ASUS P5W DH mainboard. i'm running an E6600 - 2GB of OCZ PC6400 @ 800MHz and 3 SATA drives (non-raid) and an IDE optical drive. ok, the beef is that upon bootup, it takes like almost 1 1/2 mins to get past post and start loading...
