But there are still few Intel users in this Anandtech forum. Many of you will not even believe that though I was ready to pay more than what AMD costs in International market, I could not buy it. "Sorry!! We do not have AMD processors" - every single reseller repeated. So to few like me - buying...
If you are using Windows OSes, try hitting F8 and boot with option 'Enable Boot Logging'. I still don't know where log files are generated. (and you might have to physically move hard disk on running system to read those log files).
Microsoft has discontinued distributing bootvis.msi for XP...
This is off topic to your original thread but let me warn you. When you forcefully install Win2k on machine that alrady has XP, NTDETECT.COM and NTLDR get overwritten by older version and you no loger will be able to boot XP.
Use NTBackup (or anything you fancy) and backup those two files...
I wouldn't be too surprized to know if MS pays hackers to read line by line open sourced FireFox for flaws.
I know how vulnarable IE is - when I need to browse crack/serial websites, I create instance of VMWare, browse from there and finally delete that instance.

The day PixelView website list 64-bit driver for my TV card (I don't believe...
In the Display Settings tab, there should be drop down combo box for extending display to second monitor. I don't excatly remember but you might first have to enable this feature from withing NVidia settings loacted inside Advanced dialog box (button in Settings Tab).
Microsoft is getting us prepared for Vista launch. Without handful of 64 bit tried-and-tested drivers, transition to new platform would bring their ship to grinding halt.
It is very weird Microsoft has not clearly stated whether Vista gonna be pure 64 bit OS or two edition OS (32 and 64 bit). Can't someone sue MS for this discrepancy? (All I could see in official Microsoft Vista website are nanny-talks)
Win2K takes ages to boot on slower machines. Look at my rig, I have Win2003 and it boots up 2 minutes quicker than Win2K I used to have.
Once booted up, Win2K should be more stable than XP.
