Cooling idea

I have a Lian Li PC-71 and I have been thinking of ways to cool it down even more, even with the 4 stock 80mm fans and the aluminum casing. On the top panel I think I can equally space 3 120mm fans. So the front two intake fans push air in and as it rises it cools the drives then is pushed out...

Yeah, I didn't figure a 2.8K rpm change was a huge difference. I just wanted to make sure with some veterans. Thanks Slammy.

Corsair twin pack is just two sticks of the same, correct? I was thinking of getting: Corsair 2x512MB XMS PC3200LL Is the Platinum - Silver Heat Spreader worth it?

It seems like with the 9900 pro comming out I should just go with solid card, yet something that will not empty my wallet, until I have the resources for the 9900 pro or something else.

It baffles me, I'm not really sure which I should get 9700 pro, 9800 or 9800 pro. Or should I hold off till ATI puts out something better. And does ATI makes the top Radeons?
