If your Cel633 is a SL4NX,you'll be in better luck.I'm currently testing a 6309 Master with ATA100 Southbridge.Boots fine at 1.7v to 950Mhz.Felt it ran much more stable at 1.75v in WinME.Tried 105MhzFSB at 1.8v-1.85v but occasionally hangs in 3DMark2000/WinME so reverting baq to 950Mhz/1.75v.

Intel OR-840(dual p3 with AGP slot) or Intel D850GB(single p4 with 1.5volt AGP slot). Both runs dual channel RDRAM hence 4 RIMM slots.....also have to install 2 RDRAM at any one time.

If you can wait, Intel D815EEA will have a new sku comin out soon without the hardware sound sometime in Dec......it will be cheaper then......anyway its still is chealer than an Asus CUSL@ now.

Intel D815EEA is currently on quanhold. You still can use the PeP66 with any of the said boards(Asus,Intel,MSI).I use a glue gun to secure the original fan on top and another fan on the side.....i think i saw it from HardOCP.....works wonders......louder cause by 2 fans.....temp drop another 4deg...
Don't know about the RMA's elsewhere but we get Intel's AWR in South East Asia. That means if the board fails, call the ICS and the board will arrive the next day FedEx at no extra cost.Insert the faulty board back into the shipping box and FedEx will collect again at no cost.
Different matter if...
Bios ver 1.2 does not permit voltage above 1.85v.Not all P3P 700 cBO stepping will boot at 133fsb....mine's a SL45Y Philippine and it only goes up to 840mhz.But a Cel600 SL4NX will go up to 112fsb on my 815EPro.Is your P3 700 a Malay or Philippine?...that can make a difference.
