built new rig but something short

2 of 3 PS are brand new just bought from fry's to test it, other one is from DELL also new, i just submit an RMA to newegg, well... actually smoke came out and i saw sparking in PS will this effect on ram, hdd, v-card also???

i put everything together and hit the power, then i hear something burn in power supply and smells something burn in PS, what can cause this problem? here's the spec: P4 2.4/ ecs L4S8A2 512 crucial ddr 2100 40 hd cd rom nothing special, i tried 3 direfferent power supply, all of them shorted...

softwares for tracking customers

what softwares are useful to store your customer's info and retrieve by their phone number, ss# or last name for example, i run a video store just by giving their phone number i can look up the customer's information, if they rent i can store the info also etc..... TIA
