Purchased a RX 480 couple weeks ago, now a 580 comes out should I return?

The price hike for performance gain probably isnt worth it. If it was a Vega card, i'd probably be singing a different tune

Is there a way to find out what BRAND my video card is?

All XFX PCB's have a silkscreened serial #/barcode near the gold fingers. if not, as stated above, it will be AMD reference with a green sticker instead of silkscreened serial #

AMD Radeon Software Overclock Not Applying

Haven't heard of any overclocking issues in Crimson software yet. May need to uninstall and reinstall a fresh set of Crimson, removing all the older software in the process.

Fury Nano with acceptable levels of coil whine is possible!

7970 Crossfire question

Just so you know, the 7970 you have will crossfire with 7950s, 7990's, all 7970s, as well as all 280 and 280x's. They are all Tahiti GPU's and play well with others. (bridge required)

PC freezing and shutting down - NorthBridge and RAM overheating
