Accountability for obvious attempt to scam insurance

Well x-rays are not free nor cheap so that's why the ins card would be required for billing purposes. Second, I would have no problem with a medical services provider charging my ins for services performed. The problem in this case is that I was (purposely) overbilled for one too many services.

Best credit card for earning miles?

Thanks for all the replies. I think mileage is what I'm hoping for as I'd prefer to travel. I signed up for Jetblue Amex card. Just wondering if any of you use a specific card that great for garnering travel points?

Best credit card for earning miles?

I will be paying most of my bills with a credit card and so would like to earn rewards/points for travel i.e. round trip flights to let's say Miami. What do you guys suggest? I just signed up for a Jetblue Amex which seems to be great. Am looking for one another similar card, if not better.
