And all your drivers are installed, along with any extra software. When you turn on the computer it's as if it wasn't touched at all. My question is how do you install all the essentials on a custom pc and then make it look like it wasn't messed around with and it's got the whole sha-bang with...

Yeah, I agree with CT, make a hole just big enough for your smartphone to fit in and then take a picture where you think the sensor is detecting it from.
