If I saw a bunch of neo-Nazis wearing swastika armbands prancing around preaching that America is for white people only, then I would be deeply offended, since I am not white. But, I went to AnimeBoston a few years ago where there were quite a few Nazi cosplayers around, armbands included...

Preventing suicide is cruel and unusual punishment

We should prevent suicide in prison because prisoners do not have a right to dictate when they die. The state does. And if the state does not condemn them to death, they only receive their right to die the moment they are released completely (and not just on parole). That's my view, anyhow.
