Lenovo T61 few questions.

I was comparing just the T61s. For some reason Newegg will list some T61s with Shock Mounted Hard Drive and some without. That's why I thought some models don't come with it. I was about to buy the computer in the link until I saw the 4 Cell battery. I would like to buy the computer directly...

Do I need a license to sell on a website?

Legally, yes. You have to report everything you sell no matter B&M or internet. You might not pay sales for out of state sales but you still report it.
