Computer working fine for a week, now it won't boot up.

I tested the cpu fan on another comp and it works fine, but when I plug the fan into the mobo, it does not power up. Any ideas?

Computer working fine for a week, now it won't boot up.

I have a P4 2.4 with a Asus P4PE mobo and it has been working fine for a week. One day when trying to power up, the cpu fan stopped working. The case fans power fine but the cpu fan is not moving. No beeps and nothing appears on the monitor. Any ideas? Thanks.

Is it worth it to buy an open-box printer and save 10%?

I'm thinking of buying an open-box Canon i850 printer from BestBuy. They have new i850's for $153 open box and new printers for $169. Is the savings worth it?

Hi, I have Win98SE installed on my first hard drive(C) and WinXP on my second drive(D). I installed Win98 first then WinXP. I want to format my C: drive and reinstall Win98. But if I do this will I lose my dual-boot setup? The ntloader and boot.ini stuff resides on the C: drive. So how can I...

Possibly *DEAD* YMMV-Phillips dvd burner for $84 at Walmart B&M

The reciept is probably modified. The purchase date on the reciept is 1/11/02 .. The next line after that says "The Princess Diaries, December 18!" December 18 has passed...hmmmm LOL

How do I get the picture icon back in my start menu for WinXP?

i went to controlpanel-->useraccounts-->change the way users log on or off-->toggle "use welcome screen" on or off , then log off and on again, and my icon is back to normal. :)

My picture icon that was beside my name has disappeared leaving only my name. I have already enable the picture through control panel->useraccounts, but it still does not show up. I think this disappeared when I tried to network with another pc, or when I installed powertoys for xp. Can anyone...

Bleemcast- Gran Turismo 2 Problem

When I want load a saved GT2 game, I always get the message "No game file found". This happens everytime I shut down my DC and try to load a saved GT2 file. If I don't shut down my DC, I can load a saved file off my VMU just fine. Any ideas? Thanks
