Brother HL 1440 for $105.99 at Costco. PM to OD or Staples and pay less.

Sweet. I'll pick one up for my Dad. I LOVE my Brother HL 1440. It does not care for the bottom rung paper tho. Has a hard time picking up a sheet to feed it. So don't totally cheap out on the paper.
