Gran Turisomo 5: Terrible Driving Game, or Worst Driving Game Ever?

I agree 100%, I felt Hot Pursuit was a much better game - however, like GT5 I felt it was a disappointment from earlier games in the franchise. The old NFS Hot Pursuit games were muuuuuuch better overall.

Black Water in DiRT 2 DX11

You could try installing a previous version of the Forceware driver. Installing old versions of drivers has worked for me in the past when I encountered similar graphical glitches.

Anyone remember the NES Advantage?

I actually own one of those lol :). I also had the NES Max and a bunch of other lesser known joysticks. Nowadays all we have are the MadCatz's of the world to innovate with their controller designs.

PS3 Must Haves

Don't forget God of War 3 (and God of War collection). Though you could probably finish GOW3 during a rental, its still an amazing game :).

Split-Screen CO-OP Games

In addition to the others mentioned in this thread, I had a lot of fun playing Earth Defense Force splitscreen with my brother as well as all of the Dynasty Warrior and Samurai Warrior Games :)

Free XBLA games

They're both not bad. I actually liked the t-rex game they released for free as well. Doritos is pretty good at making arcade games - plus, you can never argue with free :).

Epic Mickey - A Mouse To Atone For The World He's Wrought

Most of the reviews I've read basically complain that its like an N64 platformer (like Donkey Kong 64 and Mario). I don't really see why they view that as such a negative - N64 had some amazing games. I'm also glad to see another positive review.

Best place to buy a 360?

If you are willing to wait a few weeks I would suggest trying to get one on boxing day/during boxing week. Most of the big box stores (Wal-Mart, etc.) always have major clearances on consoles every year after Christmas to sell their excess stock.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Single player any good??

The single player was great, albeit short. However, I would quality over quantity any day of the week when it comes to FPS games these days. Plus, you always have the excellent MP to fall back on once you are done with the SP story.

How's Dead Space?

Dead space was amazing. One of the more original games in quite some time. It wasn't particularly "scary" but the game produces a great atmosphere and had excellent controls. Now would be as good a time as any to pick it up as I believe the sequel is coming out in about a month.
