need help getting into the 1ghz club

Hi Buddy! Same problem here but with 800Mhz Duron. I can't get maximum multiplier of 9 and increase FSB to 107 to get total of 963Mhz but hey, for 800Mhz this is a very weak overclock! Maybe we should invest into Conductive Pen?

Help increase Voltage on old P2

Weak overclocker?

Thanks for reply, guys. I tried x10 , x10.5 x11, none of them worked. I was doing it with core voltage of 1.81 (+0.25V) and overclocked FSB. So this might have been the problem. I should try again with high voltage but default core though. But, if I was able to clock it to 9, doesn't this...

Hi! I have Soyo SY K7VTA-B Motherboard and Duron 800. Last two days I was playing a lot with overclocking. Basically, I can't set multiplier higher than 9. 900Mhz, I can add more mhz by increasing FSB but this thing won't go higher than 110-111 Mhz, highest speed I was able to set on this...

Oh, sure! :) but if this happens on two different systems, it's more like something in windows, I think. Anyway. What curently having this problem is: P2-333 with 250 of RAM, IntelBX440 chipset. Harddrive - Quantum Fireball on 5GB and another one Fujitsu 7GB. What else?
