Positional Audio and Remote Media player

suggest gaming/movie HTPC build fall 2012

I will wait a bit longer then for the Ivy Bridge or go for an i5 since I will rip movies to HDD on occassion. Kid on the way in December, so figure I should get it built prior. Figure I don't need anything more powerful than running Diablo3 at this time.

Half Life Episode 2

I think the price was fine considering how memorable and exciting EP2 is to play. It's very rare that i can think back on a game maybe 5 years later and remember something exciting from the game. If I can, then it usually means it was a worthy game.

so i just noticed on steam that Ep2...

I felt that $50 was a great price, even though I only really wanted EP2. HL2 EP1&2 are so memorable and engaging, that it's hard to set a price. Short and sweet. I'd rather have 6 hours of absolutely exciting, memorable gameplay that makes me feel like I'm part of a great sci-fi movie, then...

Why do new apartments still use gas?

I work for a major utility in michigan designing new gas and electric services. any form of resistive electric heating is inefficient. gas is MUCH more efficient and cheaper to heat with. always choose gas for dryers,stoves,furnaces. geothermal is the best form of heating though.

Ah, the girlfriend doesnt seem to understand the concept of saving money
