The only company I think that's making boards that have both AGP and PCI-E is ASRock. I know they had a socket 939 one I was looking at previously. But neither newegg nor tigerdirect show any socket 478. Might have to look at upgrading the cpu and motherboard at the same time...

You can't expect anyone to be able to help you without knowing something of the problem.
We get you can't connect to the internet, but how are you trying to conntect. Broadband, dialup, static IP or dynamic, etc.?
The third one looks pretty cool. I've heard of Logisys, so it's not a no-namer, but i can't back them on quality since I've never owned anything they've offered.
