Anyone use a raspberry pi for their HTPC?

Yeah, I got one of the XMBC releases running on the Pi. It's pretty slow, but does work. Streaming 720p stuff worked OK, as long as you didn't want to pause it or seek or anything. Picked it up mostly as a toy, but I wouldn't want to try using it as a full-time HTPC just yet. Might be better...

Finally drove an MS3

Yeah, I get close to 30 in my 2007 without too much trouble, assuming it's just flat highway miles. I've logged pretty much every tank of gas since I bought it, and I'm averaging 23.6 mpg over ~53,000 logged miles.

Computer desk Solution needed!

It may sound a little strange, but I use a door (intended to be a sliding closet door) laid across a pair of two-drawer file cabinets. This provides an enormous amount of space (I have two 22" LCDs and a 17" LCD side by side) and can be quite inexpensive. It's necessarily not the most beautiful...

The plugs are still the originals. Even though the car is 5 years old, it's at a little less than 50,000 miles. The heavier maintenance schedule in the manual (Schedule 2) indicates that they should be replaced at 60,000, so I suppose it's certainly possible that they're starting to go a little...

Of course, since posting this thread, I have not been able to replicate the issue one single time. I wonder if that might be due to the exceptionally warm weather over the last couple of days though, we'll see. I'll probably still give things a look this weekend...

It did appear pretty much out of nowhere, but has persisted through several tanks of gas (from gas stations hundreds of miles apart, even). Have not checked for vacuum leaks. Never done that before, but a quick google search seems like it shouldn't be all that difficult.

Right, and normally it does. :) This is something different entirely, as far as I can tell. If it was really cold (sub-zero temps), I might just write it off as that being the issue, but it's been a really mild winter so far (46° today).
