Help me figure this out.......

I have an MSI K7T266 MOBO (original kt266 chipset). The d*mn thing will not cold start if the cmos battery is in place. I have tried everything; reseting cmos, reassembling system, running bare minimum components, using different memory, updating bios, replacing battery, different bios...

MSI K7T266 MB problem

I have a K7T266 that I won at the XP give away and now am having problems. When I cold boot I get the LED error that I have a low battery. How can this be? There is not problem if I restart or have the PC runnning then just down and reboot within a minute or so. I tried updating the bios to...

What Graphics Card for AMD K6-III based system?

Thanks for the help. I would like to know if I would be wrong in getting a geforce2 MX, or a geforce DDR. Does anyone know if there are power issues. I can get a geforce DDR pretty cheap.

I just replaced the battery and no luck. Any suggestions? Where is all the help that is supposed to be found from these forums? I guess everyone is too busy talking about how much of a rip-off Geforce3 video cards are and the great deal they got on a 19 inch KDS monitor.
