What bothers me is the lack of microSD, I mean WTF!! I'd rather have that than HDMI port.

Best backup option for me?

Thanks guys for the sugestions, I think I''l go with the WHS option, hopefully it woun't destroy my stuff in the proccess somehow :/ It's a Gigabye motherboard with 4 Sata headers so I should be covered :)

Best backup option for me?

I have 1.7TB worth of stuff that I don't wana loose that were stored in 4X500GB HDDs that I just replaced with 2X1TB WD green drives (less clutter inside the case). I moved all the stuff to the new drives, now I want a way to do auto. backups but I'm kinda of nervous that I might loose my stuff...

What RAID option is best for me?

I was actually thinking about doing that myself, but didn't know where to start; thanks for the info corkyg. I have a P4 system collecting dust I might put to work. It won't be good for my elecrical bill, but I might just turn it off after it's done copying new files that were added that...

So what would you recommend then? In these HDDs I add/remove files to/from all the time. I wana rest assured that at least I backed them up into another hdd. But still gonna be in the same tower though :/ Thanks for the recomendations Blain, I'll check them out :)

What RAID option is best for me?

Speed/performance is not what I'm after here. I just want the files that I download to drive D for example, at the same time it coppies itself to drive F so I have a backup of that file in 2 different HDD's in case 1 fails on me. So, RAID is not the right option for me then? I've thought...

I want RAID so everything I have is coppied to 2 different HDD's, if either one died on me I wouldn't care that much cause I'd still have a copy in the other HDD. I have 3 almost full HDD's in my tower right now, I wana add 3 new ones. But, I don't want to copy the stuff from the old HDD's...

Here's what I have: Gigabyte P35-DS3R latest bios (F12) & chipset, windows vista ultimate X86 with latest updates. 3X 500GB WD SATA HDD's installed and been running in my HTPC for almost a year. The first HDD has 3 partitions, C:/ for OS, D for linux & E for storage, 2nd HDD has one partition...

My TV's screen doesn't detect a video signal

The warrenty is over and that's why I'm trying to find a way to fix this myself :/ It just bugs me that I hooked up 3 different computers through VGA input and all worked fine, even this computer works fine under ubuntu via VGA, but not vista for some reason. I guess I'm gonna format this...

My TV's screen doesn't detect a video signal

I have my pc hooked up to a benQ 37" 1080i DV3750 TV through dual link DVI for a year with no issues. Now the TV won't detect a signal coming from DVI nor the VGA for some reason. e6750 @ stock, Gigabyte P35-DS3R ( latest BIOS F12, chipset updated ), Gigabyte 8800GTS 320MB @ stock 177.83...

Controller Panels?

I'm in the market for a 3.55" black controller panel. I'm looking for someting with 3-4 USB ports + HD audio/mic. I've been searching for a while, and I found this Silverstone panel but it has a firewire and my motherboard (Gigabyte P35-DS3R) doesn't have a firewire header, nor do I have a need...
